Privacy Policy

This policy describes how LMP-innovation Sàrl processes the personal data collected on oriquantum.ch. It has been drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and with European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) where the latter applies.

2. Data collected and purposes

Waiting list	Email address and website language. Purpose: to notify you when pre-orders open. Legal basis: your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Order	Surname, first name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, items ordered and amount. Purpose: to process the order, dispatch it, provide after-sales service and comply with accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
Payment	Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our servers. We retain only a transaction identifier. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Browsing	IP address, used for the duration of the request only, to determine your country and offer the corresponding currency. This determination is performed locally, on our own server, using a MaxMind GeoLite2 database; your IP address is neither stored nor transmitted to any third party for this purpose. Legal basis: legitimate interest in displaying a relevant price.

3. Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies, no audience-tracking cookies and no profiling tools.

A single functional cookie is set, named ori_lang: it stores the language you have chosen so that it can be offered to you on your next visit. It is kept for one year and does not allow any identification. A technical session cookie is used for form security and for access to the administration area.

As these cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function, they do not require prior consent. You may delete them at any time from your browser.

4. Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold, rented nor exchanged. It is disclosed only:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), payment processing;
• Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), website hosting and email service;
• country detection, used to offer the appropriate currency, is carried out locally on our own server from a MaxMind GeoLite2 database installed there; no data whatsoever, including your IP address, is transmitted to any third party for this purpose;
• to the carrier responsible for delivery, limited to the data required to deliver the parcel;
• to the competent authorities, where the law so requires.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.

5. Retention periods

Waiting list	Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest three years after the last contact.
Orders and invoices	Ten years, in accordance with the Swiss statutory obligation to retain accounting records.
Correspondence	Three years from the last exchange.

6. Your rights

You have the following rights at any time:

• Access, obtain a copy of the data concerning you;
• Rectification, correct inaccurate data;
• Erasure, request deletion, subject to statutory retention obligations;
• Objection, object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Portability, receive your data in a structured format;
• Withdrawal of consent, in particular for the waiting list, without affecting processing already carried out.

Write to info@oriquantum.ch. You will receive a reply within thirty days. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.

You may also refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) (Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern) or, if you reside in the European Union, to the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Administration passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Access to order data is restricted to authorised persons and protected by authentication.

8. Amendments

This policy may be adapted to take account of legal or technical developments. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. This policy was drawn up in French. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
