To track an order

Please quote your order reference, in the format ORI-2026-XXXX, which appears in the confirmation email you received after your payment. This allows us to give you a precise answer from the very first exchange.

To cancel a pre-order

As long as your order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled free of charge and refunded in full. Write to us quoting your order reference. The full conditions are set out in article 7 of the general terms and conditions of sale.

To exercise your rights over your data

Access, rectification, erasure, objection or withdrawal of consent: the same email address receives your requests. Full details are set out in the privacy policy.
